Will this reduce returned orders?
A timely alert lets your team contact the customer before a parcel returns. Outcomes depend on the customer and courier; I do not promise a particular reduction.
Can you connect every courier?
No universal compatibility is assumed. My described status workflow uses Leopards Courier. Other integrations depend on available access and technical requirements.
Is this the same as the QR-linked Scan AI Bot?
No. The Meta API project uses Meta WhatsApp API messaging. The Scan AI Bot is a separate QR-linked workflow shown in my portfolio; the connection and operational requirements differ.
